Golf cart operator MUST have a valid drivers license.
Golf carts may ONLY be operated during daylight hours.
Golf carts can NOT be operated on the beach.
Seat belts must be worn at all times.
ONLY 2-4 passengers depending on cart.
Golf carts can only be operated within 2 miles of residence.
Golf carts may NOT be operated on Primary Highways (ex: Palmetto Blvd. or Hwy 174).
Absolutely NO use of drugs or alcohol while operating golf carts.
